A dna test came back with results of 89%, is there a possibility that another family member of the presumed father, being the father? Is that enough certainty to have to pay child support? Should other family members be tested?

If there is a possibility of another father, they should be tested...Unless the DNA came back 99.9%, the highest possibility, I would have the other possibilities tested..

Usually under 95& is not accepted a as presumed father. Yes at 89% it would be a family member have your brother tested

89% wont get ya child support. The courts would ask other family members be tested to find a closer match.
