I don't get annoyed if an ugly guy flirts with me, but I don't encourage them either. I might laugh and be polite. I won't make them feel bad.

*In front of a partner. (It is ok to flirt if you are in a relationship, though.)
*When it makes your target uncomfortable. Pay close attention to social cues to determine when this is occurring.

flirting is when you try really really hard to get a boy/girls attention. it likes saying i the person you really want with out saying it. if you are a girl, you walk up and get really close then complement how strong they or how cool they look. if you are a guy, walk up, act cool, and complement there prettiness, closs, or shoes, Then ask them on a date to somewhere cool. when flirting, you want to look really good so you can run to the bathroom and have a friend follow them if they leave

well flirting is when your being "playful" with the one that u like.. to me flirting come natural but i always start flirting by buggin the other person and wen they say somethin bak with out being mean and playing around.. flirting is approprite when were expet if the person you trying to flirt with a person that has a gurl/guy

flirting is when u r hittin on someone that u like but not comin out ans sayin it. u flirt by touchin them or talkin about what u like about htem givin them the "i want u" look. its appropriate whenever ur around someone u like. just kinda show them that u like them but dont go ALL OUT on it. good luck

Touching,Teasing,Smiling,Eye Contact, Etc You can do it anywhere expect a funeral i guess unless you are a funeral crasher like will farrell then its appropriate
