I really like this one boy, but my best friend likes him as well!! What should I do? I dont want to hurt her feelings. We have been friends forever. I have known her since I was 2 and now we are both 13!!

Dont jepordise you relationship with a boy. Family and friends are more important than you sex life or whatever you call it at 13 it makes no since to lose your best friend over some dude your barely know.
Second issue a guy will obviously flirt with you and find lame way to call you or hang out with you

this is what happens when you hang out with your best friend too much, you guys develop the same taste in everything....evidently in this case...guys. As for what guys like in a girl, the basics are a good body with a cute face. now the advanced "likings" are usually personality and compatibility. Anyways, quit worrying on this dude you both like because in the end he'll figure it out and play you both anyway. Try focusing on that cute nerd nobody pays attention to, you'll have him alll to yourself and he'll appreciate you for it!
