One thing you can do is ask her to do something with your sister and other mutual friends, if you feel shy to be alone with her. Or just do something lighthearted during the day time like an afternoon lunch or something. Or talk some more on the phone until she mentions an interest she has that you can pick up on as a date opportunity.. Like she might say she is interested in a certain movie and you can ask her to go with you, etc.

Ask her on a date of some sort. I would suggest the clssic movies, dinner, and what every girl loves-SHOPPING!

if i was you i would ask her on a date and see what she saids.. or if not ask her to come over to ur house to watch a movie.. and if your and not sher then tell you sister to ask her over for you..
