well i had an emergany and i had to call 912 wait is it 911 or 912. how do you remember i wound up calling the rong number but i bet it is because im 97 and i forget things but im very active so if you no how to remeber 911 or 912 ohhhh... i did it again well god bless you and goodbye.

what's most impressive is that you say you are 97 and can't remember if it's 911 or 912, but yet you've managed to go online, get on Yahoo Answers, create an adorable old lady avatar and ask a question. oh, grams. the "good bless you and goodbye" part at the end is the best though.

I hope you don't live in San Diego, California, because when you dial 911, you now get a recording which is rediculous, it's suppose to be for an emergency but they actually have a recorded message now! The police here have the same thing a recording telling you that if it is an emergency hangup and dial 911, this is just a runaround the system here now they use because they are worthless and don't care like they would want you to believe, and if nobody wants to believe try for yourselves, police suck, But that's my own personal opion about the system here in my hometown. What's this world coming to?.

Well make sure the numbers are engraved in your arm or maybe your mind (figuratively of course). Then pick up a standard touch tone telephone and press the digits 9 - 1 - 1. Might have to press talk before or after. Its easy.

the answer is in the title. the numbers follow the clever name they called it. 911 pretty simple. they are buttons on the phone.

i wud dial 911 on da phone. u cud also remeber it by thinkin 911 and 9/11. not that i lik rememberin it that way. it makes me sad.
