Hi Neighbor! Eat chocolate! Dark chocolate has good antioxidants in it and the higher the percentage of cacao the more antioxidants. But as in ALL things --moderation. Eat a few carrots too: every now and then for your beautiful eyes. Enjoy!

It sounds like you need to get off chocolate and try something else. Try eating fruit but you can still eat chocolate but not as much.

well, you could do any of the following if you're trying to limit your intake or be healthier:
1. eat in moderation. difficult, i know, cause i'm a choc lover too!
2. eat more dark chocolates, the cocoa is healthy for you and it naturally is less processed and contains fewer sugars.
3. exercise regularly, this gives you reason to carry on eating on chocs.
4. use it as a reward system, like when you cleaned something you were supposed to, or when you finished your to-do list, or when you helped someone, or when you finished your homework, or when you accomplished your goal...
