diets don't work, i will be honest with you. I dieted on and off for 13 years. I wasn't fat to start with but that is where i eneded up. Now let me tell you what is working for me. Exercise, at least 3-4 hours a week., strength training, eating good food. Healthy grains, vegatables lean cuts of meats, low fat dairy products. Honestly it doesn't look like you are getting enough nutrition. And if your body doen't get enough you are going to lose muscles and water and not fat. You are what you eat. So eat healthy and you will be healthier.
The best website i have seen that doesn't encourage the stick thin unhealthy figure that is currently en vogue, they encourage healthy fit, trim althletic women is www.shape.com, read it. It as A BMI calculator, as well as many other caluclators to tell you were you stand. Work outs you can print off and do at home and fourms to you can vent and ask for help when you need it.
good luck. and remember 1-2 pounds a week is the best way.

Greetings Tiff, first thing, is it depends on how much weight you need to or want to lose, 2nd The bread may be too much and the peanut butter is very high in calories, also on what % of milk your drinking, 1% is the best, it's alot lower in fat,the pretzels are very salty ,salt keeps water in, you must drink at least 4 to 5 bottles of bottled water per day, don't forget our bodies are 75% water, you want to realease the excess water from the body, but not to much or you can dehydrate.more the water that gets built up by no no foods..
really the best way I found to lose weight is ,alot of common sense really, not that I have any...lol..I have lost over 40 pounds in 4 months, all I did was made sure my portions of food was cut in half, a li'l secret that works is ,a half of pink juicey grapefruit in the morning before you eat anything, as well as another half in the afternoon and one before bed...
Now the bread, if you like toast with your breaky, make sure it's whole wheat and it's not saturated in butter or whatever your likeing, moderation really is the key..
Also try to eat 5 times a day , but not full corase meals, eat little bits each time and try to get in your greens, salads..ect ect..
what I did was slice up cucumbers, prepare carrot sticks, or use baby carrots raw ,store them in the fridge in a bowl of fresh water, also melons are another great choice, cantalope, honey dew, watermellons, the easiest and best way to make this work, is after you get home from the grocery store, wash up, slice up, and do your melons in either cubes or chunks ,along with celery or radishes ,the key is to have them pre perpared ,so when you go into your fridge it's much easier to grab a great healthy snack when it's already prepared.
keep them refridgerated in bowls with lids, like tupperware keep the fresh raw veggies all washed and same with the fruits, Also strawberries, blueberries,or whatever your choice is that you like and you'll find yourself eating that type of stuff when its right there in front of you ready to eat..
another good food is to get a bran ceral and add some berries in it,or a ceral with nuts and dryed fruits and wheat and or oats, believe once this is done ,you'll find it much easier also boiled eggs and some cheese is also a good choice, now the kicker eating the grapefruit before any thing elese is what worx, and it's imparritive you drink the min of the 4 bottles of water per day, stay away from pop, canned or powered juices,coffee..Another thing to plz remeber is it all starts in the grocery store and never go shopping n an empty stomach..as far as exersize i am not to mobile these days, due to major health issues, but even when sitting just try to move your legs around same wth the shoulders.
again impotant is to cut your servings in half and eat more frquently ,but not large portions..
I garentee you , within a few months you will notice a change and you'll notice it by how your clothes are feeling.
all the best hun...

Some of it is good and some is bad. I guess you are trying to lose weight. It will not take long to get bored or that diet. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).
You can force your body to lose weight with not enough calories, but if you continue it, you will starve to death. With an abundance of healthy foods, you lose weight just as fast, but only until you reach your ideal weight. You can continue eating this way the rest of your life and always be at your ideal weight.
