try doing exercises for your stomach like lying on your back with your knees bent with feet on the floor and hand flat on the floor then lift your butt up and tighten your tummy muscles try to hold for intervals of 10 seconds then work up to two minutes, don't arch your back though, don't cheat and use your hands for support this is a core exercise. another core exercise it's kinda like a push up position but your on your forearms with your head up. keep your back straight just like you would if you were doin a push up and don't do it like agirl push up, be on your toes and try to hold this positon for 10 - 20 secs and then work your way up to 2 - 3 minutes I'm not sure what these positions are called but my photographer made me do them when I was modeling to tone up.

One problem may be the amount of cardio you're doing. 20 minutes is enough to get you a decent cardio work out, however, it's not enough to lose weight. It takes the first 15-20 minutes of a workout to burn through your glucose stores so you can get to your other energy stores (e.g. fat stores) Even if it requires you to slow down your pace to a fast walk, you're better off walking for 45 minutes at a slower pace than you are jogging for 20 minutes if you are looking to lose weight. Shoot for 30-45 minutes, 5-6 days a week. Also, if you belong to a gym, start lifting weights.
As far as food, structure your diet primarily around lean meats, whole grains, and vegetables. You also want to make sure to include fresh fruits and skim dairy but your intake of these should be less than the other items. For weight loss, 1-2 pieces of fruit a day is probably about the max (the simple sugars in fruit can inhibit fat loss).
Good luck

It will probably take about a month before you really start to notice weight loss after you begin working out. Every week, step up your distance... for example if you jog 1.5 miles now, jog 2 next week, and 2.5 the following week, if you can. Also spend 10-20 min a day complementing the running with crunches & such. Eat carbs the meat before you go jogging, they help burn fat. You'll see results soon, just keep with it.

How long have you been working out for? It does take time to reduce your body fat. 20 minutes isn't really all that much, you should probably be doing twice that a day. 20 minutes is barely enough to warm out. You also need to add ab workouts to tighten up the muscles.

Your jogging won't be of any help unless you observe the proper diet, or unless you lessen your food intake. One very effective way to get enough nourishment without eating too much is to take DXN Spirulina Candy or DXN Spirulina Cereal. You can find complete information at my DXN website: http://www.livingurdreams.ws

Jogging alone will not do it. You should do a routine that targets your problem area, like core or situps.
