Wash your hair and body before you go to sleep everyday and clean your linens before you do that. try to dust and vacuum as much as you can. drink as much water as you can and get off the dairy and really cut down on the meat. dark leafy greens and your multivitamin everyday should be enough calcium. throughout the day keep your hair out of your face and try to rinse your face and wash your hands as much as you can. Morning and dusk are the worst time for allergies so try to stay inside during those times. I took stinging nettles and it helped tremendously. i have a two month old (my second) and i have the most horrible allergies and so far all of these suggestions helped.

I'd definitely suggest asking a professional.

And, BTW, a doctor is good, but a pharmacist is BETTER. I was once told that a pharmacist has to stay current on his/her drug knowledge (re-certified each year, I believe), but a doctor doesn't.

I'd call your favorite, local pharmacy (Walmart, Walgreen, Revco, whatever) and ask the pharmacist.

No joke you need to ask your doctor for that answer rather than asking for any ones opinion on the Internet, you don't know what type of answer you are going to get.

When you are pregnant you have to think about your future child. Your best bet is to talk to your doc or pharmacist. Pharmacist can help you too.

I would not trust anyone's advice when you are pregnant. CALL the Dr and you know you both will be ok.
