I have a very muscular body and i want to decrease the size in my muscles. please help

If it´s genetic the only thing you can do is trying to lose a bit of weight, if there´s nothing more than muscle down your skin it´ll look different. If you work out and you lift weights... increase the times of the exercise if you do from 8 to 10 times the exercise, then... do it with less weight (if you have to) and 15 times.

If you find the answer to that, please tell me.
I have always had big muscles in my legs, and people used to call me on it.
I go to the gym and never do those calf exercises but they just stay there.
I guess the only thing you can do is look at people with "skinny, straight legs, and be glad that is not your problem.
Every time I see someone like that I feel like giving them a share of my leg muscle.
I guess, "nothing is ever perfect".
It makes it soooo hard to where dresses.

If you're working out those stop.. and they'll go down. However, if it's a genetic thing and they're naturally big, no, there is not way to get them smaller.

dont work out as much,im trying to actually gain muscle but i can ,we should triad bodies,hehehe
