How does the year of the pig affect us all?

Normaly the year of the pig represents a new beginning although it is the last sign of the Chinese horoscope.
If you are a farmer it mshould mean better crops and so things to sold. It is highly associated with money.

Whenever you here people say "oh, it's the year of the boar" or the golden pig, super pig, omega ultra pig - pay no attention, these are just people who have been born pigs and can't take it.
As the pig was the last of the animals - it represents the lazy, idle and the ignorant.
Generally speaking people born of this year have pig like characteristics and should not be eaten if that goes against your religious beliefs. Personally I do like a good crispy lazy bacon sandwich!

pig people are definitely not lazy .A person born under the boar [pig] sign will apply himself to an allotted task with all his strength and can be relied on to see it through. dont confuse this sign with the real animal.

The pig represents for the happy, leisured, idle, also prosperous life, just eating, sleeping and then wake up, eating, sleeping. They believe anybody born in this pig year, will have happy, idle life. Also you can see in the bank, the piggy bank represents for money saving

It doesn't really affect anyone. It just means that you were born in the 12th year of the zodiac, the year of the boar.

It doesn't affect anyone, really, unless you happen to believe in (Chinese) astrology. It's like saying this is the month of Aquarius.
