Has anyone tried the new Phildelphia ready made cheesecake filling in the tub? How does it taste?

It's not very good in my opinion. My brothers liked it though. It tastes toooo sweet. I think making it at home is best.

It is good, but full of sugar and expensive. Here is an alternative that we just absolutely LOVE at our house.

8 oz low fat cream cheese, room temp
8 oz tub of low fat cool whip, thawed
splenda, stevia, sugar, nutrasweet or sweet n low to taste
1 graham cracker crust
cut up fruit of choice, fresh or frozen (optional)

With electric mixer, mix together cream cheese, cool whip and sweetener to taste (I usually use 1/4 to 1/2 cup or equivalent). Fold in fruit (berries are great) with wooden spoon. Put in graham cracker crust and refrigerate or freeze if you like it really cold. Eat it all in one sitting, cuz it is yummy!!!

I tried it. I thought it tasted ok, but I couldn't get past the fact that once in the shell it just looks like unbaked cheesecake batter. That isn't right to me......

I have. I liked it...however it is super rich and sweet. And when i looked at the nutrition panel i about freaked. If you can spare the calories try it

I have made it a personal rule of mine to never eat anything from the bathtub. But if it is your thing....go for it.

i saw the commercial....it LOOKS good, but i question the taste. More then likely has a TON of preservaties in it
