okay its wednesday.. and i and i want to lose weight for sayurday.. like 5-10 lbs.. just so i feel good about myself.. ANYONE.. good ideas on how to lose weight fast and healthy (without starving yourself.) like fast fat burning activities.. ill do anythgin.. please help me..:(

you can lose 3lb, which is healthy... you will still feel good. If you really wants to lose 5 LB. Don't eat any meat or consume any sugar. Plus do some running, stay off the hard food...eat salads.
