Why does my crush keep starring at me when i was talking to someone? When she's talking to someone i simply glance, then look away but she just keeps starring at me like a stalker. I know she doesn't like me b/c we had numerous times where her n i were alone but she never initiated conversation w/me or didn't prolong the conversation.

Maybe she's scared to tell you how she feels because she probably thinks you like someone else. Not so many people take rejection very well. Why don't you try sending signals and see if she responds? It could end well...

She more than likely is soo scared to talk to you that you are going to reject her. And she is staring at you because she likes you.. possibly initiating conversation with you scares her so badly that she is scared she'll say something totally dumb. Talk to her herself compliment her if you like her however, other wise just ignore her!

she may have been afraid of rejection when the opportunity came for her to conversate. I dont know why she stares though. She might be trying to figure out whether she should say something.

Sounds like she wants to have her cake and eat it too. Sometimes we like people but we don't know how to act with them other times we don't want you but we don't want anyone else to have you. suck it up and enjoy the extra attention when your old and your skin is sagging your gonna wish there was someone to stare.
