Please see a doctor! No one can diagose you, not even a doctor, without an examination, a medical history and possibly some testing. Anytime unusual bleeding is seen, medical attention is imperitive. Excessive thirst is often the first sign of diabetes. Blood in the stools could be so many things! The tiredness is your body telling you that something is wrong. Please see your doctor asap for diagnosis and treatment.

You should absolutely see your doctor. You could have a serious disease, such as diabetes mellitus ("sugar" diabetes) or diabetes insipidus (a pituitary or kidney disease). I don't know about the bloody stool. It could be that your tissues get dried out and bleed more easily, or it could be something else.

This is a short article from the National Library of Medicine about excessive thirst:

This is a link with medical information about polydipsia (constant thirst and drinking):

Please take care of yourself and see a doctor right away.

Any blood in your stool should be checked out by a doctor asap, it could be anything from hemroids to cancer, as for the water drinking, maybe diabitis.
