I have a 1992 toyota previa i was wondering how to take out the stock radio/cassete player im trying to install a new cd player but cant quite figure out how to take out the radio ive tried but im afraid im going to take out more than i need can some one give me a link to where i can find out how this is done or perhaps someone has done this before and can explain it? thx.

1. Locate the release tab just above the A/C switch, push the tab in, then lift the dash top trim up and out to remove it.
2. Extract 2 screws from the top of the radio/climate control trim piece--1 screw from each outside tab.
3. Remove the ashtray and slide the cupholder out; remove the lighter assembly and bezel, then extract the 4 screws securing the ashtray assembly to the dash. Open the pocket and remove the assembly from the dash.
4. Remove 2 bolts from above the ashtray assembly cavity; pull the radio assembly from the dash, unplug the connectors and remove the assembly.
