Although Im not a professional, I would imagine that if his testicles have dropped (meaning if hes got his "balls" already) and hes trying... I imagine that he can. However Im not sure. Call a vet. If youre trying to prevent the female from getting pregnant I suggest keeping them separated until you have time to phone your veternarian. Good luck.

It can happen, but his sperm count can be a Little low at that time. So if you don't want puppies it would be a good idea to keep them apart. Your male should be a year old before you stud him. Your female should be 2 years old. So to be on the safe side, keep them apart.

im not an expert but he may be able to get her pregnant if hes already trying but you should get him neutered unless you want to get her pregnant then you should see a vet about getting her pregnant. otherwise you should get her spayed also.

yes he is far too young, keep them apart if your b***h is in season, he could get her pregnant, but his sperm is,nt powerful enough, and you may end up with an unhealthy litter.

Yes, your male dog is sexually mature and can impregnate your ***** (not a dirty word in this context). In addition to curbing aggressive behaviors, mounting behaviors, marking and defending territory, causing unwanted litters of puppies, and preventing Testicular and prostate cancers in your male, and Breast and ovarian cancers in your female (which are quite common in unaltered animals), and preventing your ***** from going through the physical and emotional stress of 'false pregnancies'..... please, please get your dogs spayed (female) and neutered (male).
For their own physical and emotional health, and for the sake of adding to the enormous pet-overpopulation problem (euthanasia of homeless pets is the number one killer today!), please be a responsible owner and have them fixed.

i think he is too young probably but it also depends on breed. certain breeds of dogs mature faster than others.
