I don't think its a date if theirs a girl a guy and the girls best friend... See i went to the movies with my best friend and she invited her boy friend(which couldnt come) and i invited my crush.. Well as soon as we went to school he told his cusion and his best friends all about it and said he went on a date with me... and they picked on me and i feel so scared... they wont leave me alone cause now they know i like him

Well i wanted it to be but we really didnt talk much he didnt talk to me i looked at him and smiled and we made some comments about the movie but that was about it but they keep telling me stuff like Edgar likes Caitlin and Caitlin likes edgar as if they were little kids and my friends could tell i was embarissed so they said well why wont he ask her out... I just sat there with my head down not saying anything they were telling a bunch of people and its scarey

Yes, if the other boyfriend was invited it is a date. It doesn't matter if the other boy came or not. Besides if you like him wouldn't you want it to be a date?
