I had a horrible sweating problem in high school, I would sweat through sweatshirts, sweaters, and would have to wear black all the time so people didn't see. I know how embarassing and uncomfortable it can be. But Certain Dri completely cured me. And I really mean cured. You put it on before bed - I used it every day at first, and then used my regular deodorant in the morning. After about a week, there was no more sweating! I've been using it for about 5 years now and I hardly use it, maybe even once a month! It is a HUGE change from how sweaty my armpits got before! You can get Certain Dri at a drugstore for about $6 - best $6 I ever spent!

Maxim works better for me than Certain Dri or any of the other products I have tried. This is not available in stores, has to be ordered online at www.maxim.com

The best I have found (for me, a middle aged man) is "Maxim Sensitive Antiperspirant Wipes" 30 wipes per package.. I only have to use once every 5 days to stop all sweating but daily use is ok. Does not cause burning, itching, nor marks on clothing, and stops almost all sweating.
You are supposed to apply it only at before bedtime, after a shower.

Again, must be ordered online at www.maxim.com. It is not in any stores.
I like Maxim better than certain dri.

You may have a condition called Hyperhydrosis. I have had it sense I hit puberty. I have been hiding it for years b/c I was too embarrassed to talk to anyone about it. So now, I'm going to look into the surgery. Ets... I'm calling tomorrow on it and I'm very excited. Talk to your parents or your doctor and tell them how it effects your life. B/d it defiantly does! It will get worse if you don't do something now.
Here is a website to help you out. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

you don't need a book just tell people your on a swim team and you do laps before (insert what ever you do here) and that it just looks like sweat.
