It's good for at least a week. It's been smoked to preserve it and usually has other chemical preservatives added too. Bacon freezes really well. You could freeze what you can't use.

Become has tons of salt that act as a preservative. I've used bacon 2 weeks after opening the package. I wouldn't use it if it has a funny smell to it though. The bacon will turn a little grayish from the air hitting it, but it should still be good.

As long as it has been refrigerated and it is not more than 7 days beyond the "sell date" printed on the package, it is ok. You can freeze bacon almost forever.

Bacon lasts a little longer than most other meats because of all the salt inside it. But smell it and see if it is starting to look dried out and discolored. It shouldn't have any rotten smell to it.

Bacon is cured (not smoked) and will last quite awhile in the frig if properly wrapped and kept refrigerated.
You can keep for at least a week.

If refrigerated, maybe three weeks. When you start cooking it, if it's spoiled, believe me you will know from the smell.
