i am always in a hurry in the morning and i am always worried the night before that my hair will turn out to be a mess the next day. how do i avoid this? i have consulted my friends but they don't have any problems with it but it seems as though whenever i wake up, my hair is creased from sleeping. how do people sleep without bending or setting a shape on their hair? my hair is naturally straight but in the morning, it is a disaster! i don't have time to wash it because i dont know how to blowdry properly to get beautiful hair. can someone please tell me what i can do? using a straightener doesnt really help either because this is really damaging and causes frizz in my hair and makes it even messier!

You could just take your shower in the morning. If that doesn't help than you could take it at night and put it in a pony at night and must straighten then crease that the pony makes OR just make it in a loose pony tail and then no creases! Good luck I really hope one of these work for you cuz your prob sucks!

I have the same problem...what i do is instead of having a full shower again in the morning and washing my hair, conditioning, body washing, shaving, etc....i just pop in and wet my hair and then blow dry it...it feels fresh and smooth again. To keep from heat damage using a heat protective spray or cream and you won't get frizzies from using a blow drier OR flat iron.

i have heard that if you sleep on satin pillow cases that your hair will be better in the mornings...... cotton pillow cases first of all pull out all the moisture in your hair and also doesnt let your hair move as freely....... good luck to ya
