I have not light brown hair but not dark brown hair either..in the middle. It's about an inch below my shoulders, with a bit of layers and a side bang and I have a Oval face. My skin is not pale it's normal, just like the picture. Would these highlights look good on me?

For sure!!! I had the same hair as you for the last 4+ years and I loved it. I just changed it 2 weeks ago simply because I wanted a change. Trust me...you will love it!!!

i think you should get a darker blond because if you have brown hair and light highlights it would look really gay. and don't get them too thick.
