what is the program called to make a DVD menu?

I am looking forward to making my own dvd menu so i can finish some of my movies that im making. so if you can help me find a program that will be great. thanks.

well there was one program i used to use it was called Dvd lab pro but it wasnt free and nero has something like that which u could make your own menu from it whatelse i know dvd2divx u could make your own menu also

if you have a Mac, use iMovie. If you do not have a mac, then get one:>)
