Eczema is usually associated with extremely dry skin. It often forms large infected patches on the fronts of elbows and the backs of knees. These patches can get extremely itchy, which if scratched could make the infected area worse. It seems to run in families In certain cases it can be the result of an allergic reaction occurring on the skin. The cause is not known but aggravating factors include hands that are in frequent contact with soap and water, harsh household products and vegetable juices, such as potato and onion juices. If a physician does not specify a particular regimen, Arbonne has product recommendations that might help alleviate some of the discomfort.
The products are formulated without chemicals, dyes, fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol, wax, acetone, etc. They are botanically-based and pH correct, dermatologist tested, non-sensitizing, and non-irritating. They are formulated with natural botanical ingredients. People with skin conditions have tried these products and experienced amazing results.
Intelligence Cleansing Gel for the hands and body, in the bath or shower
Intelligence Skin Condition Oil once the skin has been towel dried but left a little damp
Intelligence Hand Cream or Body Lotion following the Skin Conditioning Oil or Rejuvenating Cream on extremely irritated areas to help alleviate the discomfort of itching.
I hope this helps. If you would like to consult your physician, I have literature on all of Arbonne products. If you have any questions, I'm happy to help.

Eczema is a very big problem for teenagers because they're the age group that is most prone to their pores becoming clogged. Eczema is a condition in which your skin becomes irritated, red and itchy. Atopic eczema is the most common form and doctors don't know exactly why it shows up in the first place.

eczema is caused from an allgery you have to something or stress. i break out real bad when the weather changes and gets real dry and when i get very stressed. you can treat it will anything from hydrocortisone which is a steroid. the steroid stops the bodys inflammatory response and therefore stops the outbreak of a rash. hydrocortisone can also stop itching. i use Lidex ointment. its the only thing that works for me. you have to use something topical for it. if its really bad the dermatologist might suggest you getting UV therapy, basically you sit under UV lights in the doc's office.
eczema and ance are two totally different things.

Yes it is an allergy - and very dry patchy skin
Try using very pure soaps and creams (no mineral oil it hardens your skin).
Have you ever tried or heard of Arbonne? They make a shower gel and body cream that is pure and natural a friend of mine suffers, and thinks this has really helped her.
