exersize ALOT, i know youre more of a bball person, just like me, but soccer REALLY gets you in shape. jog for 10 minutes, and dont stop. whenever you feel bored, jog in place. go to the gym for an hour, and do ATLEAST 15 push ups a day, and 25 sit ups. do lunges, when you put one leg 2 foot in front of the otherand bend the front leg, keeping the back heel of the back leg on the ground. do atleast 5 puul ups a day. this not only gets you to lose weight, put keeps you strong and fit! Eat several SMALL meals a day (made up of alot of veggies/fruits mixed in) instead of 3 big ones. Hold your servings of meat, breads and sugars to 1-2 a day for each. Servings normally mean as much you can fit in the palm of your hand.
Drink about 8 glasses water a day.
Walk 30 mins twice a day..briskly. Once in the a.m., once in the p.m., but not right before you go to bed.
Cut all soda out of your diet, yep, even the "diet sodas".
No fad diets, No starving, No stupid pills that don't work.
Repeat for 6-8 weeks.

running and/or jogging a little bit every day is always a good way to lose weight and feel good about yourself, i actually just bought one of those elliptical machines and if you do that for 20 minutes a day, that should help, you just need to keep it up and do it everyday. i wish there is more to say or an easier way, but i really dont think there is, appetite suppressors maybe, or some people lose a lot of weight when they get really depressed, if you are one of these people think of something sad or horrible when food time comes around and you wont eat as much.

just go jogging 30 to 45 minutes a day and you will lose like 6 lbs in a week.also eat healthy for far better results.than when you get customed to it start lifting weight,well weights that you can handle,muscles burn fat.do them step by step never rush into it .i got my tips by going to the library and gettiong wotkout books thay gave me very good tips.

well heres what u should do eat tofu its good it has not fat in it u can make anything out of it or u can continue 2 exerise but drink gadorade when running or whatever ur doing

small meals 5 a day it will speed up your metabolism keep exercising and about 1 gram of protein per pound keep exerciseing if you dont eat right your body stores fat so small meals will help good luck
