She wouldn't have had 2 sets of vaccinations because the first ones are given at 6-8 weeks of age, then the second at 10-12 weeks and then the last set is at 14-16 weeks. Then you need to go for yearly booster shots.

She has been vaccinated too young. She should not have even had her first one under the age of 7 weeks let alone two by the age of 7 weeks.
Puppies should not be vaccinated before they have completed their 7th week..it can interfer with natural immunity, suppress immune systems, make them more prone to the very illness the vaccination is suppose to help protect against and it can cause future problems with vaccinations.
The protocol is 1st vaccination 8-9 weeks, 2nd vaccination at 12 - 14 weeks, 3rd and final vaccination at 16 -18 weeks and a rabies vaccination at 20 weeks or older.
Then no more vaccinations for a year and then no more after that for 3 years.
The above is the protocol as set by the AAHA/AVMA and all 27 vet schools.
Any thing else is over vaccinating and can cause serious problems.
Your puppy should get 1 more vaccination in about 4 weeks and then NO MORE for a year.

She shouldn't have had any until she was 8 weeks, but that may just be my dogs' vet. At any rate, the next are due at 12 weeks and the final (which will include rabies) at 16 weeks.
The puppy doesn't get rabies until the last, because the immune system is not ready to process the vaccine until then.

Puppies should start their series of DHLP/P at 8 weeks of age. You state she has already had two series??? These should be given at 3 week intervals and by the time the puppy receives the 3rd and last series she is old enough for a rabies vaccination. Annual booster thereafter.

The breeder should have supplied you with the vaccination certificate from the vet that did the vaccination. Phone them and ask, theres no way anyone else can tell you.
Thats a very unusual vaccination schedule so get veterinary advice from whoever did it. If you don't want to use that vet, give the details to your vet and let them chase it up.

Hi there I am a Veterinarian Tech and hope to help! Without knowing which vaccines your puppy received, I cannot tell you off hand when she is due next. Certain vaccines need to be boosted 3 times every 3 weeks, while other do not need to be boosted at all. The following vaccines need to be boosted a total of 3 times (within 3 week increments): DHLPP/C (distemper) and Lyme (certain states vax against Lyme). The following vaccines do not need to be boosted: Bordatella (Kennel Cough) and Rabies. However, your puppy is much too young to have received the Rabies vax. Rabies is done at 12 weeks of age. I hope this helps!!! Enjoy your pup!

They are spaced 2 or 3 weeks apart. Normally if they have already had the 7 week shot then they do it at 9 weeks. If you call a vet they will tell you. Also, if you don't want puppies, you have to get her spayed before she gets old enough to go into heat - which is sooner than you think! Ask your vet about that too. Hope I helped.

Hello! We have two four month old puppies, and the shots series were every two weeks for us(I think there were 4 sets). After that it's every year, I believe. I don't think the "two weeks" is totally mandatory, but you do want to get them in at a reasonable time so that your puppies are not open to viruses and such. The sooner they are completely vaccinated the better (of course you can't get the shots all at once...).
