Cat milk is a formulation to give kittens in place of mothers milk, so they get all the nutrients they need... since we find baby kittens with no mother to nurse them all the time.
And, most cats are lactose intolerant, can giv ethem poopy problems. So they formulated special milk for this reason.

Cat Milk is a substitute for cows milk which is not well digested by cats! The ad probably did not say Cat's milk which would have made anyone wonder what on earth was going on!! Then it would be a cruel world

All cats are lactose intolerant. Some cats exhibit this stronger than other cats. Most kittens get groomed away from their mother before they might stop feeding naturally. Kittens love the rich mixture of nutrients in mother milk (just like human babies do) and usually grow faster when digesting it. That is why large cat food producers have developed substitutes. These are lactose free products enhanced with the same set of nutrients you would find in a cat's mother milk.

Cats have six nipples and only lactate when nursing. But if you must milk your cat then I would be very careful and not allow her claws to come near you.
Have you thought of a milk expressing device.

silly its a special milk you give a cat cause you cant give cats proper milk they cant digest it i love cats so i don't wont to taste one and if it tastes like our cat smells like some times (smelly paws )it would be disgusting

It is probably a "special" milk made for feeding orphaned kittens, not really produced from a cat.
