i have a red mark/dot on the side of my nose and it has been there for like a year now and i can't take it anymore i think it's like a busted blood vessel or something because if i push my nose over enough so that the red dot can rest on my nose bone then if i push on it lightly the spot disappears and then within like a .30 milliseconds it' like the blood rushes back into it and it appears again as far as i can remember i don't think i ever had a pimple there but i might have poped a blackhead Near where it is now does anyone know a creme i could use or anything please (i see it out of the corner of my eye now when sun hits my face and i can't take it)

I have one too. I also had it about ten years ago and I got a dermatologist to remove it. I stayed off for about 8 years but now it is back. I don't know what this is, but I do remember they sent my to pathology and it came back OK (meaning no disease like cancer).
