DO NOT BUY A HONDA!!!!!! I'm not saying they are bad cars or anything like that. What I am saying is that I just bought a Mustang, and I get complements about it wherever I go. People I don't even know tell me how much they admire my car, and I met a lot of other nice Mustang owners. I would totally recommend the Mustang. It is a blast to drive, and all of my friends want to drive it, or at least ride in it. It is a great quality. I have had absolutely no problems with it, and I have so much fun driving it that I will go out for no reason just to get to drive my car. Buy the Mustang. It's the most amazing and fun car I've ever had! Oh yeah I almost forgot. Since you have a choice of Mustang V6 (210 HP), Mustang GT(300 HP), Shelby GT (319-325HP), and Shelby Cobra GT500 (500 HP). You have a lot of engine choices. I have the 210 HP Mustang and I get 16 Miles per gallon city. Oh and one last thing. The horsepower of the Shelby GT is supposed to be 325 but I read in a magazine that when they ran tests on it that it was only 319, so that's why I put it in a range. Wait, I promise this is the last thing. Just say you bought a Honda. A Civic doesn't come in convertible, or coupe (with a fastback profile) like the Mustang does. Have I made my point?

I run fleets of cars for a living. Mustang is a great car, cheep to operate and cheep to fix. The mustang is no so hot in the snow however because it is still real wheel drive. The Honda is a good car as well with a decent resale value the only issue I have with them is the cost to fix and they do not crash well.

I would get the mustang because Ford is the only kind of car my family will buy. They have never had problems with service and all Ford vehicles are very safe.

I hope you don't have snow where you live if you plan to get the mustang. It's a good car, but not an all year round car. Most hondas are all year cars and good in the snow.

Cool car, but the Ford, according to the charts is the car that causes more accident and expensive repairment. Especially if its a sports car.

Fords have very bad quality and reliability. They use big gas guzzling engines that do not help the speed at all. The car is not considered a sports car because it is not aerodynamic and it has bad handling. It is considered a musclecar because all it can do is go fast in a staright line, just like Nascars.
The Honda S2000 would win a race on the track any day and it wont break down.

I would say they are. Carroll Shelby also thinks so. Try and get a ride or test drive a Shelby GT500 and see what you think.
