i like to maintain my weight and yes INFACT I AM SKINNY.

i just like to stay in my caloric limit thank you very much.

i understand your concern! (i'm a calorie counter too).....i'm not sure of the amount of calories in that, but my FAVORITE website ever is calorieking.com. it tells you the calories in almost EVERYTHING! try it!

If you go to sparkpeople.com you could put in a description of food, product name, brand name or anything and it will tell you how many calories....just go to that website and you can go to the section where you start a meal plan and then you can click on the pre-made food/diet plans and then substite it with what you have to find out...hope this helps!
