I seriously doubt you will ever find something like this. No one likes to pay taxes (maybe liberals do but deep down, I really doubt it), so why would somebody want to prepare them for no charge? Maybe you can get them done at the library by senior citizens with nothing else to do. But remember, you are responsible for the accuracy of the forms because you have signed them. If you made less than $50,000 last year, you can use the 1040EZ form. If you had capital gains or sold stock, you must use Form 1040.
Personally, I'd shy away from having my taxes done for free. Why should they care if they are right or wrong? I suggest you go to H&R Block, Jackson-Hewitt or a local CPA and just pay what it costs. You will then have had your taxes done by a responsible preparer. It's better that way and it really is far less expensive than paying penalties and interest when the IRS comes to you years and years from now with a bill in the tens of thousands for back taxes that were incorrectly calculated...

Go to the IRS website and follow the "2007 Free File" link.
You can either browse all the free file services or use the online assistant to find the ones that you qualify for.
Millions of taxpayers qualify for this free service. No credit card required.
Most free file services usually allow you to prepare & e-file only your federal return for free. However, some services do allow for free state filing. If you pick a service that doesn't have free state filing, you can always try your state's Dept. of Revenue website to see if they offer free filing.
H & R Block and Turbo Tax are just two (and most popular) of the free file services.

in your search box type free e-file. once there go to the IRS site and they have a full list of places where you can file on line for free. H&R Block is one of the easiest on the list and it's a free one. good luck
