You must be one sick puppy. Maybe Dale Jr. has a problem with constipation and is relieved that he actually pooped. After doing so, he probably grips his butt to say "Wow, what a relief!" If you are so concerned with why he is always gripping his rear after coming out of Tony Stewart's trailor then you need to ask him yourself.
