uF means micro farads. pF means pico farads. Pico and Micro are prefixes used to denote magnitude in measurements. Pico is .000001 times smaller than micro (10^-6 vs 10^-12) so no, you cannot use them interchangeably.

Peter K is right.
micro (u or the Greek letter mu) = 10^-6
Nano (n) = 10^-9
pico (p) = 10^-12
So pico is 1,000,000 times less than micro (i.e. 0.001 times 1,000,000)
