I have a soar throat and I really want to go to school tomorrow. I had to stay home today. I know it sounds wierd a kid wanting to go to school but I have a few test that I dont want to miss. I have been taking medicine and throat logengirs. Anybody know a fast way to get rid of a soar throat fast?

That's great that you're a really motivated student. Well, Ricola cough drops are the best by far to me. You might wanna try some Chloraceptic Spray as well. But for an easy home remedy, gargle a little warm salt water. That should do the trick.

Gargle with warm water, a crushed aspirin and table salt. Repeat every three hrs. Drink lots of juice and water.
Go to bed early and "Good Luck With your Test Tomorrow".

Don't worry about the jerk who first answered your question. There is no quick way to get rid of it. The main way is to wait it out and maybe to help the pain, spray the numbing throat spray at the back of your throat. Swallow. then repeat. that will numb the pain for awhile, drink plenty of fluids!

Why are you staying home for a sore throat? If you were my child you would be at school and it would take more than a sore throat for you to stay at home.
