If you are talking about the freezer attached to your fridge, 3 months is OK. But if you are talking about a separate freezer (sub 0) than meats can be kept for 6 months. Always err on the side of caution.

Unless you've had it stored in a commercial freezer - I would toss it. You are certainly taking a risk. Freezing does not stop decomposition - it just slows it down.
Especially, if this has been kept in a common refridgerator freezer - yeah - get rid of that old oink and go get some new.

Actually, my dad has kept different meat, including turkey that he cooked a couple months ago in the freezer, and we eat from it bit by bit. He says once it has been in the freezer, chances are it's still good. He's been in the food business for years so I trust his instinct.. and well, I'm not dead. ;)

No! Don't take any chances on that. Best case, it's got freezer burn which is awful. Worst case, the pork itself has gone bad. Put it in the trash immediately!

It's OK, but it'll probably a little dried out from freezer burn if it was left in the original packaging.

Its still just fine. If it has been frozen the whole time there is absolutely no problem eating it.
