I have the same kind of hair, here's what my stylist does when i want a funkier look.
My suggestion is to use a good amount of hairspray (aresol is best for this job) on all of your hair, be sure to get the underside as well.
then go at it with a curling iron.
then use a comb and 'back comb' it. this is also called teasing. you will need to be sure that your hair is properly "dirty" with the hairspray before doing this or it will not stay.
you'll find that the above method is great too when you want more volume in any one spot as well.

Don't wash and definitely don't condition your hair. Braid it overnight to get it crimpy.. then in the morning use a comb and tease it a lot by combing up towards your scalp instead of down towards the ends. Hairspray is your friend!! You're going to need a whole lot of it once you get your hair looking how you want it.

Well have a shower. then when you come out towel dry your hair. The apply moose and srunch your hair in it. That will mkae it curly if that isn't curly enough shake your hair all about?. The adjust it until you like it. and you will look hot!

take a shower/bath at night then squeeze out excess water comb out then put in some night curlers (in diff layers)
then sleep with them in------ in the morning take out. DO NOT BRUSH and use hair spray in curls don't stay in hair.

do it in small braids tonight and take it out in the morning. you will have wild hair. LOL. During school hours you could pony tail it so or leave the little braids in.

Tease the heck out of it, flip your head upside down and spray it or get a crimper and crimp it!

well, what you can do is take a hot air brush ( if you have one) and pull it outward and just add some hairspray!
that should do the trick!

go get a wig,don't mess with a good thing.and--to be a really 'far out chick' maybe get one of those rainbow ones!coooooooolllll!!!

well wat u could do is wear a bunch of curlers and/or just mut moose,curl it, and put hair spray to make it spray. u could use one of those possibilities.
