stretch marks can occur not only from weight gain, but from growing taller as well.
everyone gets them, even guys. (I promise, I've seen them!)
they will not go away, however, they are less noticeable when they are white. when they are red/pink it means that they are active.
if you get a little tan, it will help diminish their appearance.

and p.s. at 13 your body has many more changes to go through. some pleasant (like breasts) and some not so pleasant. you will learn with age to love it all as it is YOU! :)

part of the growing process genetics you shouldnt have a bad self image because men won't care girl really as long as you exude confidence and have great hygiene you'll be fine. You need to hydrate your skin but like shea butter cocoa butter I'm just about your height and I've hat these things however it is what it is and some things you can't change so why make your life harder by being antagonistic about it instead of focusing on your better attributes. Most girls have this problem however its not openly dicussed. Pretend they don't exist and do not let it stop you from being a beautiful princess. ; )

They're usually from growing lengthwise, not necessarily being fat (although you do get them if you gain weight) - and no, there's nothing you can do to get rid of them. But really, almost every girl has them, so don't freak. The best way to make then appear smaller though is to get more toned.

they may be there because your skin is very sensible, but if you want to know what ishappening to your skin with detail check the source. Try not to worry too much about it, image is not everything and it is not uncommon, just because you have a few scars on you skin it does't change who you really are. I recomend you talk to your mom about it, she may know more than what you think and may recomend creams and treatments for it.
