Best ab excercise is running, nothing is better for your core. Run a mile or two atleast three days a week and alternate between sprinting and jogging. There are other excercises to really define abdominal muscles and work well but since you need to get rid of some fat running is the best place to start. Also cut carbs in your diet - white bread, candy, sugary drinks are ab killers. Sub these with wheat or multigrain bread, protein shakes, and diet sodas.

Lay flat on your back on the floor stretch yourself out with your
arms extended behind your head, place your feet together and legs straight; now slowly raise your legs and arms about
six or seven inches off the floor (at the same time), now hold it there for a count of ten and slowly lower them back down to
the stretched position. Repeat this 10 times. Now place your arms down to your side, and lift legs up as if trying to touch
something almost straight up but not quite, then lower them
but now do not let them touch the floor, raise them again toward the left, and down (Dont let them touch floor) up and to the right, down . This is a one count, now do this for a ten count. HINT: on the first exercise it some times helps if you hold onto something with both hands (Like a broom handle,
or a small weight, just to keep them in sinc.).

Here's an exercise for the lower belly. Lie on your stomach, with your head resting on your hands, face down. Lift up your legs 3 inches from the abdomen, and kick your legs up and down like you are swimming. Do it to a 20 count twice a day, at least.

Aslong as you are eating right and doing some kind of cardio exercise to shed off the fat, you will get rid of the fat around your stomach. Once you begin to lower the fat around your stomach, your abs will slowly start showing and look more toned.
As far as ab exercises you should look here:

the excellent and quickest option to get a six % might obviously be to run. such a lot individuals have 6 packs, they're simply no longer seen because of a layer of fats overlaying them. the excellent option to lose the fats might be to run, (ideally external as a substitute of a treadmill). many individuals attempt to restrict jogging considering the fact that it calls for plenty of vigour, which they do not suppose like exerting, however it'll get outcome

just ab excercises won't make belly fat go away.
try riding a bike or walking/running 30-60 minutes a day, and you'll see results.
and its too bad you don't like sit ups, they'd help a lot once you've gotten rid of belly fat. (if you've got any)
