God is above gender. Gender to part of the duelistic world in which we live. The realm of spirit is not bound by the limitations of the physical.

I think the bible just calls God a he, because if it didn't, he would have to be called "it," and that would be disrespectful.

I don't think God has a gender because what's the point of having a gender if you don't have sex? Nothing in heaven has sex, according to Jesus.

While God is referred to as "Him", "He", "His", etc. it is understood that God the Father is a being, not male or female.

We respect, fear, the Lord and speak to Him as our Father, yet is the supreme being.
