Here is the story, I rarely talk to her but sometimes just here and there kinda talk. My problem is when should I talk to her or ask her out. What is a good question to ask, if I want to just chill but not seem desperate in looking for a solid relationship.

Do you already know her or did she just catch your interest?If she's just a girl you see but never met,say something like this,"Hi,what's your name?...That's a beautiful name...(compliments)...(small talk)...How would you feel about going out sometime?"If she says yes,ask for her number and wait 3 days.It's not always required for a girl,but there are some that will think you're too eager.I think it's bull,but I think every guy has called too soon once in their life and ruined it.Though,there are those who don't care.If you already know her,just shorten what I said above,"(compliments)...(small talk)...Would you want to go out to eat sometime?"It's as easy as that.

don't make it harder than it really is just ask her if she would like to hang out go to a movie or maybe just a walk in the park

relax and make sure you both believe in Jesus heart and soul, otherwise it will be doomed from the first -you will be worshiping something else even the relationship
