I recently got engaged, i will provide a link to my ring, but because of all the diamonds on the band itself i have no idea what would look good with it for a wedding band. If you want to accentuate the diamonds, then I'd go for another band with diamonds on it for the wedding band, but somethign a lot more simple than your engagement ring!

A lot of jewelers can take a mold of the band of your engagement ring and can make a matching wedding band. You can also find a plain band, that would look okay, or get a band with small channel-set diamonds. That would look nice, too. If you go back to the jeweler where you got your ring, you they may have a matching band to go with it, or may have some suggestions as to what will look nice with it.

I tried on a diamond band but didn't like it with my ring (my ring has side stones). I know it sounds weird, but it was TOO flashy for me.
Instead, I got a plain white gold band with a milgrain edge. I like it because I wanted something a little plainer so my ring wouldn't be overpowered, but it's a little decorative on days I don't wear my engagement ring.

A simple, thin white gold (or platinum) band. No decorations, nothing. Just a band. Anything else will compete too much with your engagement ring.

I think a plain white gold band would look the best and not overpower the engagement ring. Its very beautiful!

a simple white gold band would work. or even a white gold anniversary style band that has diamonds in it. hope this helps
