How did you and your last boyfriend or girlfriend meet and get together? How long did you know them before? Were you friends first or did you go straight for the relationship. Im asking this to analyze how relationships are usually started.

Well we met in school and saw each other all the time because we had every class together. We had known each other for about 3 months before he asked me out. He called me, asking for homework help (why do guys always use that excuse?), when it was obvious he didn't need it. So we just talked for a few hours and then before we got off the phone he just said, "Will you go out with me?" I freaked out and said no, then kicked myself in the butt for being such an idiot. The next day at school, I told my friends the entire story and almost cried because of my mistake. I wanted to apologize and say, "Yes, of course I'll got out with you!" but I was too scared and embarrassed about what had already happened. So my friends went up and told him what I had said to them, and he just started smiling and said that duh, he still wanted to go out! So that was that, and we together for almost a year and a half. We broke up 6 days ago. . .<3

My girlfriend and I met on a free online dating website. Since it was online, I did not know her before and we chatted with each other for a couple of weeks. I eventually asked her out to lunch. I would say that once we started talking to each other, we were friends for a month before we both made the choice to get into a relationship with each other.

I was driving my car down the street, and my girlfriend was walking the opposite direction. She yelled at me, "Slow that car down". The following Saturday afternoon, I went to a local movie theatre, and she was out front, waiting to buy a ticket. I asked her, "What did you yell at me, when I was driving down the street the other day.??" She then told me.
She bought her ticket and went on in. I bought a ticket and went inside. I watched to see where she was setting, and after the movie started, I walked over to her, and asked, "Is this seat taken.??" and pointed at the seat beside her.
She smiled, and said, "you can set there, if you want." By the time the middle of the picture was on the screen I had my arm around her. (I had fell in love with her)
The following Saturday, we had a date to go to the movie again, and when the movie was about half over, I was kissing her.

My boyfriend and I met at work. He's back in customer service and I'm a receptionist. We worked together for 8 months before he asked to take me out... but we've been together ever since. We are strictly professional at work, but it's definetly nice being able to see him every day.

My relationship is a school relationship. I met him when my friends and I went to a basketball game. (He went to my school but I really didn't know him.) I had fun. We became friends and then he asked me out.
