We only have 2 days to do the poster, tommarow is the last day, so it has to be something I can do in a day.
I have all the basic things, but I need pictures that represent the religion... I already have all the basics like a mosqe and caligrapphy, but I need more pics, especially if it has to do with the difference between sunni and shi'a.
also I am a bit confused, which women need to wear...( I am really trying hard not to offend anyone I am sorry if I do but I forgot what it is called...) the cloth over their faces. Thank you sooo much:)

Please, I don't want anyone giving their opinion on the religion, just facts. and for...chesirecat's info, I already wrote that my teacher gave the project out today and it is due tomorrow... I don't procrastinate....well...I didn't procrastinate this time:)

You might try a picture of the Qu'ran (sort of their Bible) and if you can list things about it include the 5 pillars of Islam: 1Faith, 2. Prayer, 3.Fasting, 4. Charity, and 5. a pilgrimage to Mecca. Good luck with your poster!

women don't need to cover their face, their hands and face should be showing. try including images of of a quran, the word Allah, some men greeting each other, or women greeting each other, try the prayer rug, and muslims praying (sunni and sh'ia pray differently- so that would be a good one). good luck.

You could include the color green, some non-representational art (maybe your mosque picture has that already), a prayer rug, a minaret w/ muezzin, and the crescent/star design.

Be sure to include this:
Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ....that is hypocrisy.
They reject Christ's diety;
they deny his claim to be the Son of God;
they deny his death on the cross...
they deny His resurrection..
They deny Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
In fact, the Quran says : "Allah has no son".
Need I say more...?
Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ.
The Bible calls Muhammed and those like him false prophets:
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)

Don't forget putting on the poster a man running from a car that has two children inside and a bomb going off! Man, I love the peaceful religion of Islam!
