Fly Paper in hair?

My nephew walked into one of the strips of fly paper i have hanging on my porch and i wondered if anyone knew a way to get it out without having to cut his hair?

put alchol on a rag wipe the flypaper till it loosens and pull it off then wipe hair with the rag

I would try warm water maybe even some oil on there good luck

try hot water, be sure he dosent burn his scalp.
