I have been told the time 3:33 am or pm. Also, rub the belly of a statue of budda, mostly for good luck. A falling star too.

I'd say anytime someone prays it is just wishful thinking.
I tried praying to my pet turtle for awhile. I think I actually had more prayers answered than when I was christian
