I think it means "Before awakening of Love" ...

恋心 "koigokoro" definitely means love.
"temae" looks like it is supposed to be the command form of a verb "temau," but I can't find a verb "temau." If it were "tamae"給え (give) instead, it could possibly mean "Give me love!" or "Love me!" However, as written, I'm not sure.
