this guy at school 2day came up b hide me and scared me half to death and i almost fell back and he caught me around my waist and he walked w/ his hands there all the way 2 were ever i was going(i forgot) and i have a bf . is that cheating ???

Would you want or let any other random boy touch you this way? If no, then did you want this boy to touch you or didin't mind/enjoyed his touching you this way? If yes, then you are doing something you aren't supposed to. You are inviting and permitting attention that really ought to be reserved only for your bf. Asked a different way: would you have done the same thing if your bf was standing next to you and walking with you?
Don't let definition of cheating trip you up because it doesn't matter how it is defined. You aren't going to get off on a technicality of definition if your bf feels upset. You can't define away feelings.

Tecnically...it isn't "cheating."
But if your boyfriend saw you with him holding you like that he might want to know what's going on...so i'd say the guy that was touching you, likes you and wants to take you away from your boyfriend...
Did you tell him at all to get off you? Like to stop touching you?
