If that's what you're into, than why not?! Once you're an adult, you won't be able to rock hair like that, so I say go for it! If you don't like it, you can always change it, so it's not the end of the world. Experiment and have fun!

I currently have midnight blue streaks in bleached blonde hair. If you don't protect the rest of the blonde, the blue will bleed when you wash it out. The color has lasted about a month with the streaks eventually turning to a lighter blue. Even with the fade, it still looks rad!

If your hair is relatively short, have fun with it. It's not as though it'll take *forever* to grow back out again.

If your hair is relatively long, I'd recommend pin-in streaks or wraps to see if you really want to live with the effect for several years.

My parents are going to let me color my hair also. i have dirty blond hair and i love the color of it, but i wanted something fun. i didn't want to streak it, but i wanted color so i got just the tips (about 3 to 4 inches) dyed red. i can always cut off the color if i get tired of it. don't ruin all your hair color by dying it a lighter blond. keep it natural (for the most part)!!! hope that this helps.

no actually, only if it is light blue, i'm a blonde, i'm going brunett, but i put in hot pink streaks in my hair and it was sooooooo pretty. So like in the movie Aquamarine that color would be good, no darker! :)

YOUR LOOK IS WHATEVER YOU FEEL GOOD WITH. MY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE TO GET A TEMPORARY STREAK FIRST, ONE THAT LAST ONLY A FEW DAYS AND TEST THE WATERS. IF YOU LIKE THEN DO SOMETHING MORE PERMANENT OR TRY OTHER LOOKS UNTIL YOU GET THE LOOK THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU.

sopunds good but dont get to many streaks and get streaks all over not just on top, it just makes it more fun that way!

i am one to favor natural hair.... i saw this person she had like light and dark blonde hair streaks with a little blue here and there and it was fake looking. (like you could obviously tell all her nat. color was gone) but if you like that sorta thing, go for it... it is up to you...it was cool and when i was like 11 i wanted something like it, but it would be hard to get stuff to match it..
