well, YEA!

Only exception would be here in VA on your own land, you can hunt squirrels anytime.it may be like that where you live, but I dont know that

yes in SC it starts on the first frost but i cant remember when it ends but watch out for when the season first starts because even though the frost kills it they still might have a little bit of wolves or whatever its called. its sumtin like ticks or fleas.

depends where you live. in montana where i live any time any day no fees or license. check with your local hunting regualtions.
