I don't know that there is such a thing aftermarket. You could just a wrecked taxi froma salvage yard and take the parts you need. The Taxi is really no different from a regular crown vic except for some down grades on interior to vinyl and the floor being rubber rather then carpet. Some, like NYC, add push bumpers special "rub" body modlings. The frame is stronger, the tires are different.
